It’s been a long long time since I posted here due to a lot of exciting things happening. I’ll post things more regularly at the start of next year as we have plenty we’re keeping under wraps that we will show.
Despite this, and as we’re easing off for the Christmas break, we thought we’d enter the Unreal Engine December GameJam. This month’s theme is “What’s in the box?”, to which we answered “stupid and crazy”. The gamejam was four days in total and I’m pleased with how we managed to get most of our ideas into the game.
Our entry, Unbox, sees players control a cardboard box gone mad as it careens around warehouses and bizarre floating worlds, causing damage, explosions and leaving wreckage and presents in it’s wake. The game supports up to four players and Oculus VR for the most immersive cardboard nightmare simulation yet created. Details on the gamejam itself can be found here.
Download the game here and have fun!
Merry Christmas!
